Our signature Sunset Cruise runs daily from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. We also offer Kuching City Night Cruises on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Our Sunset Cruise ticket is inclusive of spectacular sunset riverbank views, 5 sets of live cultural dance performances, live sape music performance, complimentary local light refreshments and live commentary.
Our Kuching City Night Cruise ticket is inclusive of beautiful Kuching City night light views, complimentary light refreshments, a choice of drink (soft drink or beer), 3 sets of cultural dance performance and live commentary.

No, there is no age limit. Infants, seniors are all welcome on board. It is very safe as long as all safety procedures are adhere to. Children 12 years and below have to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Yes, those in wheelchairs or baby strollers can board our cruise via the ramp. Please highlight to us in advance for any special requests regarding this.

Tickets purchased through other websites, travel agencies, or online platforms are managed by third-party agents. For any booking changes, cancellations, refunds, or enquiries, guests will need to contact the respective agent or platform from which the tickets were purchased.
We highly recommend pre-book to guarantee your seats. We also accept walk-in purchase, subject to availability.

Dining & Reservations
Yes, we have a variety of menus available for pre-order, from Sarawak Heritage Cuisine Menu, western menu and hi-tea menu available for order. We also have buffet menu for 20 pax and above. Please contact us at WhatsApp +601159837313 for the menu. Please order at least one day before the departure date.
Please note that food bookings do not automatically reserve a table. For guests who wish to have a reserved and decorated table, the Add-On Decoration Package may be purchased in advance, subject to availability.
Our seating arrangement is free seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may choose from the available tables and seats upon boarding.
If guests have a preferred table or preferred deck, we recommend boarding early to secure your preferred seating, which are subject to availability.
Yes. If you would like to secure a table for your group, you may opt for our Add-On Decoration Package, available at an additional fee and subject to availability.
Please note that table reservations are not included with standard cruise tickets or food bookings. The Add-On Decoration Package is required for guests who wish to have a table specifically reserved and arranged for their occasion.
Yes we have a captain’s bar selling assorted snacks, drinks, beers and tuaks (Sarawak rice wine).
We do not allow outside food and drinks onboard our cruise ship.
Yes we do, you may purchase beer cans at our bar counter at RM10 only per can.

Cancellation & Rain Policy
Rest assured our sailing will not be affected at most condition because our cruise is a catamaran cruise and ensures the highest level of comfort and stability. Our upper deck is equipped with automatic retractable pergola roof so customers can still remain at the upper deck in the events of raining. Alternatively, customers will be transferred to the lower deck where it is an air-conditioned dining hall. It is advisable you bring an umbrella or a raincoat to shelter yourself from the rain when you walk down the jetty to the cruise.

All tickets are non-refundable if you miss the cruise. Please start boarding half an hour before departure.
In the event that you have to postpone your cruise tour for valid reasons, kindly let us know at least 5 hours before the tour and we will rearrange your schedule for you.
Last minute requests to postpone or cancel your Royal Kuching Cruises tour will incur a postponement fee of 50% of the original ticket price
Once your booking is confirmed, we reserve seats exclusively for your party and begin making the necessary operational arrangements based on the confirmed number of guests, including refreshments and staffing. Last-minute rescheduling may also prevent other guests from booking those reserved seats.
The rescheduling fee helps to partially recover the operational costs and lost booking opportunities resulting from these changes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Convenience & Accessibility
Your safety is our top priority. Our cruise is operated by professionally trained and licensed crew members who follow strict safety protocols at all times. The vessel is equipped with life jackets, emergency equipment, and onboard safety features in compliance with marine regulations. We also conduct routine maintenance checks and follow all maritime safety guidelines set by local authorities.
